About

Affordable housing for seniors, 55+

Madison Terrace will consist of two buildings for a total of 176 units serving seniors over 55 years of age in Lake Worth Beach. This will also include income restrictions as this entire community will be deemed affordable housing where the rents are set by the Department of Housing & Urban Development or HUD.

Studio

Approximately 430 square feet. The rents range from $562 to $1,023 depending on income restrictions.

One Bedroom

Approximately 576 square feet. The rents range from $603 to $1,096 depending on income restrictions.

*Rents are set by the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and are based upon the area median income. They are subject to change each year.

We recently completed Madison Landing and Madison Landing II which are both located in Orlando, FL. They are both 7-story buildings built specifically for seniors. Another recently completed development is located in Cape Coral, FL called Madison Square. Madison Square is also a 7-story building that was built for seniors. We are currently constructing Madison Grove in St. Cloud, FL which will be a senior community and Madison Oaks West which is being constructed in Ocala, FL as a family community.
